The apartment was located on the top floor and had a comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked well and the kitchen had all the basic amenities. It was nice to have a balcony to enjoy the view. the host was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.

There were a few negatives that could be improved upon. the storage in the apartment was very limited, with no hooks on the wall or extra table to place things on.

it had a convenient setting just off the township and restaurants. i liked the owner.

Located in the heart of the city, this cozy hotel offers a great location for exploring the vibrant surroundings. It has a small kitchen where you can cook your own meals and a balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage.

No balcony furniture.

The rooms at Oporto Chic&Cozy - Batalha are absolutely fantastic! They have a terrace with stunning city views and a well-equipped kitchen for all our cooking needs. The flat-screen TV is a great bonus, and the private bathroom is clean and modern. We felt right at home!

Personally, I didn't really like that some units had a bath or shower instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

City views from the terrace were breathtaking! It felt like having my own personal postcard of Porto. The well-fitted kitchen was a blessing in disguise. I felt like a master chef preparing delicious meals for my loved ones. The free toiletries and hairdryer were a lifesaver. I didn't have to overpack and my hair looked fabulous throughout my stay. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels made me feel like I had my own private movie theatre in the comfort of my room. The proximity to popular points of interest made exploring the city a breeze. I felt like a detective uncovering hidden gems.

Unexpected staff interruption.

Value for money was excellent, room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety or options.

As a tourist, I loved the efficient communication with the owner, the apartment exceeded expectations with its beautiful finishes and convenient central location. the coffee machine with capsules provided was a nice touch. Excellent price-quality ratio.

The location of this property is absolutely mind-blowing, being right next to the bustling pedestrian shopping street. The staff, especially Louis, were super polite and their English was up to standard. We were impressed with the quick response to any issues we had during our stay. The small kitchen in the room was a jaw-dropping convenience, allowing us to cook our own meals. We were amazed by the excellent communication and arrangement, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in. The room itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The size was perfect and had all the necessary equipment, including an electric kettle and cookware. The location was outstanding, with easy access to the city center, restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. The hosts were always available and accommodating. The amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area, and cots were all provided. The paid airport shuttle and luggage storage services were also very convenient. We were thrilled to find that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on-site. our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we will definitely book this place again in the future. Well done to the management of this incredible B&B!
